TEFCE presented at Bologna Process 20th anniversary conference

June 27, 2019

The conference marking the 20th anniversary of the Bologna Process was held in Bologna on 24-25 June 2019, organised by the University of Bologna, in cooperation with Magna Charta Observatory, the European University Association and the European Students’ Union.

TEFCE expert Ninoslav Šćukanec Schmidt (director of the Institute for the Development of Education, Croatia) was invited to speak during the session entitled „The Social Dimensions of Higher Education“, where he argued (using the TEFCE project findings as a basis) why community engagement should become a new priority of the Bologna Process in the period until 2030, in order for HE to respond to pressing societal needs in Europe.

A report of the piloting visit, presentations and photographs will be uploaded by 15 July 2019 here: https://www.tefce.eu/consultations
